Garage Cleaning Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Service Agreement and Liability Waiver is entered into between Battle Born Innovations LLC and the undersigned client ______________ for garage cleaning and related services. Services Agreed upon: ______________________________________________________

1. Scope of Work
The Company agrees to provide garage cleaning services as requested by the Client at the specified residential property. Client acknowledges that cleaning results depend on preexisting conditions of the area.

2. Acknowledgment of Property Condition
Prior to service, Client and Company representative shall conduct a walk-through of the garage area. Client agrees that they have:

• Inspected the area to be cleaned,
• Removed or secured all valuable, fragile, or personal items, and
• Acknowledged the condition and contents of the space before work begins.

The Company is not responsible for lost, missing, or misplaced items following the completion of services, provided the above walk-through has been completed.

3. Liability Waiver
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Battle Born Innovations, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Accidental injury or harm to persons or pets,
• Damage to property or belongings not directly caused by Company negligence, and
• Dissatisfaction due to preexisting conditions, staining, or wear that cannot be remedied by cleaning.

4. Theft & Misconduct Claims
Client acknowledges that the Company maintains strict professionalism and integrity. The Company shall not be held liable for accusations of theft, loss, or disappearance of items that were not removed or documented during the pre-service walk-through.

5. Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a service fee.

6. Agreement & Signature
By signing below (in person or electronically), Client acknowledges that they have read,

understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement
